J.K. Rowling is not about to let you get away with criticizing Wimbledon winner Serena Williams’ body.
The author praised the tennis player in a tweet on Saturday:
#SerenaSlam! I love her. What an athlete, what a role model, what a woman!
— J.K. Rowling (@jk_rowling) July 11, 2015
After which someone we really don’t want to hang out with replied:
@jk_rowling @hansmollman ironic then that main reason for her success is that she is built like a man

Rowling did not just let the tweet fly, however, responding with her own Saturday morning zing:
.@diegtristan8 “she is built like a man”. Yeah, my husband looks just like this in a dress. You’re an idiot. pic.twitter.com/BCvT10MYkI

Even more important than the fact that Williams rocks a red dress is that bodies of a variety of gender identities come in a variety of shapes and sizes. Muscles are not “manly,” and sleek physiques are not “womanly.” Kk, everyone?
