The pregnant reality star, who is due later this year, stayed shielded from the paparazzi cameras behind a pair of oversized sunglasses.

Later, the beauty touched down in New Orleans where she was photographed shopping at a boutique in the French Quarter. She also had lunch at Brennan’s with a superfan for the girl’s 21st birthday.
