Over the weekend, Ryan Murphy tweeted he had a dream that the “American Horror Story: Hotel” cast had a midnight swimming party at Lady Gaga’s home. To make matters even more magical (and spooky), the pool was dyed red, of course. Coincidentally, Gaga’s co-star Sarah Paulson had the exact same dream.

Turns out, it was way more than just a dream. Gaga, who plays the owner of the hotel in “AHS” Season 5, threw a pool party for her cast and Murphy, equipped with red roses, tearful statues and glittering gowns. Luckily the pop singer-actress took pictures to prove it.

Kathy Bates, who plays Iris and runs the titular hotel this season, was very impressed by Gaga’s attire for the evening.
Was it Norma Desmond, Jean Harlow or Marilyn Monroe descending the staircase towards me in a shimmering silver gown? No, it was @ladygaga!
