Big Sean took home the Video With A Social Message VMA for “One Man Can Change The World” Sunday night. He took the stage with Kanye West and John Legend, both featured on the song.
Big Sean dedicated the win to his late grandmother — one of the first Black female captains in World War II — who showed him that one man can change the world.
Other nominees in the category included “Try” by Colbie Caillat, “I Still Love You” by Jennifer Hudson, “American Oxygen” by Rihanna, and “The White Shoes” by Wale.
