What does this mean? Who cares?

We don’t really need an explanation for why Ariana Grande covered Justin Bieber’s “What Do You Mean?” at the Houston Toyota Center on Friday. We’re just glad it happened.

Grande has been making the media rounds recently promoting her new fragrance, announcing she has a new song coming out and even doing celebrity impressions on “The Tonight Show.”

Did she do the cover just because she likes a viral mashup of her song “One Last Time” and Bieber’s “What Do You Mean?” Perhaps. Or could all of this exciting stuff be in an effort to help move on from her donut-licking scandal earlier this year? Eh, maybe. But that range, tho!
