Sam Smith released the theme song for the new Bond movie “Spectre” last week, called “Writing’s on the Wall.” Today, Smith released a sneak peek at the video for the song, which features the singer looking pretty somber.
In the clip above, Smith makes a dramatic entrance in front of what appear to be Union Jack-draped coffins. Though Smith never looks at the camera, we know he’s likely mourning the unlucky Brits who perished. Were they the good guys? Were they spies? Smith doesn’t say, and instead just smizes.
Listen to the full song now, and look out for “Spectre” when it premieres in the U.S. on Nov. 6.
