Greg Pak Preps Us For The End of Superman: Doomed

We talked with writer Greg Pak about the Superman: Doomed crossover storyline, which is now in its final act. Hear what he had to say, then let us know your thoughts in the comments!

IGN Comics: I was hoping you’d do me a favor actually and recap the story thus far. It’s got a lot of moving parts, you’re working with other writers, it’s going through multiple books — quite a lot going on.

Greg Pak:

That’s a big question, but it is a big story — but, here, it’s not that complicated. All you need to know is Doomsday, which is the monster only made to kill — all it does is destroy life wherever it goes — was used to attack Superman. Superman actually got infected with this thing, and suddenly Superman became the most dangerous thing in the universe. All of this was a distraction created by Brainiac, who is the alien intelligence that’s coming to absorb the minds of everybody on the planet for reasons thus far unrevealed.
