Hurricane Joaquin is apparently supposed to make landfall in the U.S. sometime this weekend, but instead of making preparations for the storm, me some people are making jokes. That’s because the hurricane’s name reminds people of actor Joaquin Phoenix.

It’s also sort of like when you’re in a really terrible situation and someone makes a joke to cool the tension.

Let’s go out on a low high note, shall we?
