Actress Olivia Wilde shared a selfie on Instagram over the weekend, telling fans that it was her “keep the kid alive” look.

“I call this hairstyle, ‘keep the kid alive,” she wrote. “Products you’ll need: sweat, string cheese, diaper rash cream, chewed up crayon, snot, and an enthusiastic spritz of panic.”

Wilde is mother to 1-year-old son Otis with Jason Sudeikis. On Sunday, she also shared a photo of the little one wearing her bra on his head.

Last year, she opened up to E! News about what motherhood means to her.

“The gift of motherhood is the selflessness that it introduces you to, and I think that’s really freeing,” she said. “And in terms of being a storyteller, I think it allows you to put yourself in other people’s shoes … the empathy that it slugs you with, being a mother. And I think it makes you a better storyteller.”
