Colton Haynes just won Halloween before it even started.
We never thought Haynes would be able to top dressing up as Fiona from “Shrek” last year, but the “Arrow” star pulled out all the stops this weekend.
The actor went under the sea for inspiration and transformed into “The Little Mermaid” baddie Ursula. He shared photo and video evidence with the “Poor Unfortunate Souls” who follow him on Instagram.
