Someone call Kenya Moore because Helen Mirren is “Gone with the Wind Fabulous.”
Mirren was a vision in white on the red carpet at the Governors Awards on Saturday night, the star-studded annual event celebrating awards given by the Academy’s Board of Governors.
The Oscar-winner made full use of the dramatic look, twirling her long pleated skirt and showing off the chiffon-like fabric. Mirren’s gown was accentuated by a ruffly long-sleeved lace overlay, while her gold floral-themed necklace and earrings served as the perfect accessories for the evening.
Mirren was joined by other industry luminaries like Meryl Streep, Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin to honor awardees Gena Rowlands, Debbie Reynolds and Spike Lee.
The actress last grabbed our attention at the Tokyo Film Festival in a similar-looking white gown with floral accents. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!
