Major League Gaming has announced the full schedule and details for this weekend’s MLG Championship in Anaheim, California. The three-day event takes place June 20-22 at the Anaheim Convention Center, which is the same site as Blizzard Entertainment’s annual BlizzCon event.
A total of $150,000 is up for grabs during the event, and is split between tournaments for Call of Duty: Ghosts ($80,000 in prizes), StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm ($40,000 in prizes), Super Smash Bros. Melee ($15,000 in prizes), Injustice: Gods Among Us ($7,500 in prizes), and Killer Instinct ($7,500 in prizes).
Notably, this year’s MLG Anaheim event marks the first time Super Smash Bros. Melee has been featured in a MLG competition since 2006.
MLG is expecting more than 1,000 of the world’s top eSports players to compete in the event. You can attend in-person by purchasing tickets ($50 for each event), or you can watch the happenings via MLG.tv on the web, MLG.tv apps for iOS and Android, or through the MLG app on Xbox 360. The full MLG Anaheim broadcast schedule is available on the MLG website.
