“American Horror Story: Freak Show” actress Rose Siggins died Saturday morning in a Denver hospital. She was 43.

A rep for Siggins told TMZ the actress went into the hospital for a kidney stone surgery on Monday, where she contracted a fatal infection. Reps confirmed the sad news to The Huffington Post.

Siggins was known as Legless Suzy on “AHS,” a part she said she embraces in a video previewing her role. Due to sacral agenesis, Siggins’ legs were amputated when she was young, but the actress said that she wouldn’t change a thing.

Siggins leaves behind two children. TMZ reports there’s a GoFundMe campaign to help support them.
