Ruby Rose and Phoebe Dahl have called off their engagement.
In an exclusive statement to Us Weekly on Monday, Dahl, the creator of Faircloth & Supply charitable clothing line and granddaughter to author Roald Dahl, confirmed her split with Rose, a model, musician and actor who rose to fame for her role as Stella Carlin in the second season of “Orange Is the New Black.” Dahl’s rep also told the magazine the designer has moved out of Rose’s Los Angeles home.
“After two wonderful years together, Ruby and I have decided to part ways,” Dahl said in the statement. “While we still love each other and support each other in every way, it is our mutual decision to part ways. Our break is not the result of any media speculation, and we want nothing but the best for each other. Thank you for respecting our privacy in this very difficult time.”
The two stars, whose relationship has been closely documented on social media, also tweeted their continued support for one another on Monday.
@FAIRCLOTHSUPPLY remains very dear to my heart. I will forever treasure our time together. I’m a better person because of all we shared.

Dahl and Rose announced their engagement back in March 2014 after three months of dating. In an interview with HELLO! fashion monthly, Dahl opened up about falling in “love at first sight.”
“Do I believe in love at first sight … I didn’t before Ruby but now I do,” she said. “I have to. It happened to me — I met Ruby at a barbecue I threw a year and a half ago and we got engaged within about three months. It was all very instant.”
