Miley Cyrus performed in Vancouver Tuesday night, wearing only sequined pink pasties and high-cut pink underwear.
The “BB Talk” singer accessorized her look with a long, curled pink wig and a suspicious-looking cigarette at one point during the show. Cyrus has worn outrageous costumes throughout the entirety of her Dead Petz tour, from realistic-looking genitalia to a full-blown baby bonnet.

The singer, who recently posed for yet another photo shoot with Paper magazine, will complete her “Dead Petz” tour in Los Angeles Dec. 19.
She also released a trippy video for her single, “BB Talk,” last week, where she sucks her toes and sings lyrics like, “Why the fuck would I want to lick your teeth? But I do.”
