Actor and rapper Donald Glover will voice Miles Morales in Ultimate Spider-Man in the upcoming season of the Disney XD series.

USA Today reports that Glover (Community) landed the role of Morales, who became Spider-Man in the Ultimate comics after that world’s Peter Parker died – something that will also be the case on the animated series’ alternate reality where Miles is introduced. The animated Peter and Miles will meet up in Ultimate Spider-Man during a “Spidey-Verse” storyline that finds Peter meeting versions of his alter ego from various realities — which also includes Iron Spider, Spider-Man 2099, and Spider-Ham — set to debut next year.
