Jay Z may have made Beyonce an adorable music video for her 33rd birthday on Sept. 4, but Blake Lively’s gift might just take the cake.

Blake Lively whipped up an elaborate beehive cake in honor of her friend’s birthday. The 27-year-old actress posted a video of her thoughtful creation on the Instagram account for Preserve, her lifestyle blog, writing, “In honor of the Queen of all Bs…I had to make this Meyer Lemon Honey cake. Happy Birthday Beyoncé!!! Xxo Blake”:

Lively and Beyonce first teamed up for Beyonce and Jay Z’s star-studded “On The Run” tour promo back in May.

The two women later joined forces in June at Gucci’s fundraiser event, Chime For Change. Beyonce is a co-founder of the organization which benefits women and girls around the globe in the areas of health, education and justice. Lively, the face of Gucci’s Premiere fragrance, joined the campaign to help spread awareness.
