Part 1 and Part 2 of Triumph the Insult Comic Dog’s World Cup adventure saw him party with soccer fans from all over the world, and now he’s going out with a bang.

In the interest of international solidarity, Triumph pledges to hump a dog from every country in the World Cup. International relations are what it’s all about, right?
