It’s difficult to imagine anything making much of an impact after Kim Kardashian’s nude Paper magazine cover — of which the reality star is likely well aware.

Maybe it’s why the 34-year-old shot not one, but three different covers with photographer Jean Baptiste Mondino for Elle U.K.’s Confidence Issue. On one cover, the aptly titled issue features Kardashian in a crop top and high-waisted bikini bottoms, staring longingly at a cupcake as if she’s never seen one before; the cover that subscribers will receive is printed with a bold headline, “And God Created Kim”; the third — and tamest — features a contemplative Kardashian.

It doesn’t have quite the same effect as nudity, but it should get people talking nonetheless:
