Alfred Cough and Miles Millar, the creative pair best known for creating “Smallville,” have, according to a story today at The Hollywood Reporter, sold their spec screenplay Captain Nemo to Columbia Pictures with Maleficent producers Joe Roth and Palak Patel set to produce.
