“The Bold and the Beautiful” star Linsey Godfrey was rushed to the hospital on Monday after she was struck by a car while walking along a sidewalk in Los Angeles, reports TMZ.

Police told the site the 26-year-old had already been pulled from the wreckage by a bystander when emergency responders arrived and rushed her to the hospital where she underwent surgery.

While initial reports claimed the actress broke both her legs in the accident, a rep for the soap opera actress told People magazine that Godfrey’s injuries were limited to both her ankles, and she’s expected to make a full recovery.

Sources told TMZ the accident with Godfrey occurred when the car swerved onto the sidewalk after getting into an accident with another car.
