With the PS5 Pro releasing this week on November 7, existing PS5 owners with a library of physical games will want to pick up the official PS5 Disc Drive, if you haven’t already. The PS5 Pro’s GPU boasts up to 45% faster rendering, AI-driven upscaling, advanced ray tracing, and a 2TB SSD–double the storage space of previous PS5 models. What it doesn’t have, however, is a disc drive. Out of the box, all of the games you install will need to be purchased and downloaded from the PlayStation Store–unless you buy the official Disc Drive accessory for $80.
