Starting today, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers have access to an expanded version of the existing cloud streaming functionality that has been in beta for some time. In addition to games that are in the streaming Game Pass catalog, 50 more games can also now be streamed–with the catch being that you have to own these games to stream them.
The new features are available in all 28 countries where Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta) is available, and Microsoft says there are plans to further expand Xbox Cloud Gaming.
According to Microsoft, this is only the beginning, as the new Xbox Cloud Gaming features are scheduled to arrive on Xbox consoles and the Xbox PC app sometime in 2025. The Xbox Cloud Gaming library will be growing over the course of the next year, too.
