“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Kim Richards was arrested at the Beverly Hills Hotel early Thursday.

E! News reported police were called to the hotel by security at 1:30 a.m. after a fight. According to Beverly Hills Police Department spokesman Lt. Lincoln Hoshino, Richards appeared “belligerent with slurred speech and reeking of a strong odor of alcohol.” She had initially refused to come out of a bathroom, but was eventually taken into custody.

She’s been charged with trespassing, resisting arrest, battery on a police officer and drunk in public, according to TMZ.

The reality star’s issues with substance abuse have been covered on Bravo’s “RHOBH.” During the most recent season, she took issue with her co-stars, including sister Kyle Richards, and discussed her sobriety. She checked herself into rehab in 2011.

A rep for Richards was not immediately available for comment.
