Oliver Queen’s got another bad guy on his hands.

“Arrow” came to Comic Con last week and debuted two trailers for Season 3, one with a recognizable new villain. Ra’s al Ghul, the man who gave Bruce Wayne so much trouble in “Batman Begins” and who made an appearance in “The Dark Knight Rises” is slated to go head-to-head with Queen when The CW series returns this Fall. According to executive producer Andrew Kriesberg, this bad guy might be the most difficult villain the masked hero has ever faced. ““He doesn’t have any personal animus towards the Arrow, and he actually in some ways has a very similar worldview,” Kriesberg said. “The theme of identity is tied up very much in how the villain is presented to Oliver.”
