Daniel Radcliffe Disguised Himself As Spider-Man To Hang Out At Comic-Con Anonymously

Daniel Radcliffe just Peter Parker’ed himself.

Apparently, the actor dressed himself in a Spider-Man getup — complete with face mask — and walked around at the San Diego Comic-Con convention in secret.

Radcliffe was in town for a panel on his latest movie, “Horns,” when he seized the opportunity to hit the floor in costume. It was the former “Harry Potter” star’s first visit to the gathering, and he said he concealed his identity so he could explore on his own without attracting attention from fans, according to an interview with MTV.

He posted pictures from his undercover stint to his Google+ page Friday.

Here’s what he looked like, per a fan on Twitter:

Radcliffe wasn’t the only one to brave the floor of Comic-Con in disguise. Yahoo News reports that “Lord of the Rings” and “The Hobbit” director Peter Jackson disguised himself as an “evil jester,” while Jack Black wore a suit and a storm trooper helmet.

In previous years, many a famous face has hidden in costume at Comic-Con. Simon Pegg, Matt Smith, Bryan Cranston and Andrew Garfield have all braved the crowds without revealing their secret identities.

Radcliffe’s film, “Horns,” is set to premier Oct. 31.
