Jessica Simpson’s son Ace Knute celebrated his second birthday on June 30, and the singer marked the occasion with some adorable Instagram pictures. The proud mom shared a sweet photo of Ace in his car seat, writing that her long-haired little guy was “channeling his inner Harry Styles on the way home from dinner tonight.”

Simpson shared a black-and-white family photo (minus daughter Maxwell, 3) from Ace’s birthday celebration. The 2-year-old rocks a cute printed shirt and sips from a fire hydrant-shaped cup — two stylish toddler essentials.

Ace’s doting mom also posted a picture of the birthday boy enjoying what looks to be a very fun bouncy slide, captioning the photo, “2yrs OLD?!?! Can we live here forever? I love you Ace Knute Johnson. Happy Birthday!”

Simpson, 34, and former NFL tight end Eric Johnson, 35, married last July. Ace and Maxwell were the tiniest members of the bridal squad, serving as ring bearer and flower girl, respectively.
“With two kids, we have our hands full, but every day is a new adventure,” Simpson told Us Weekly after Ace was born. “It’s fun! I feel very at peace with being a mom.”
