DC is in the process of launching or relaunching several books during July. Last week saw the debut of a new Teen Titans series from writer Will Pfeifer and artist Kenneth Rocafort. This series offers a fresh start for both the team and readers as the Titans work to protect New York City and prove that they don’t need the help of adult heroes like Batman or Wonder Woman.
We recently had a chance to chat with Pfeifer via e-mail about the new series. He explained why a relaunch was necessary, what relationship the Titans have with their fellow heroes and the general public, and teased what’s to come for the Titans five years from now in September’ Teen Titans: Futures End one-shot.
