Nathan Fillion will have a small cameo in Guardians of the Galaxy, but, contrary to recent rumors, the Firefly and Castle actor will not be portraying Nova in the Marvel blockbuster film.
Guardians of the Galaxy director James Gunn took to Twitter to clarify Fillion’s role in the Marvel film, which has been teased for a couple of months now. “The rumors of my pal @NathanFillion playing Nova in #guardiansofthegalaxy have been greatly (and entirely) exaggerated. Sorry, humans,” Gunn wrote.
