Arrow is set to introduce another character from the DC Comics universe in Season 3, and has apparently already cast the part.

The Hollywood Reporter reveals Medium star David Cubitt is lined up to join the show from the third episode as Mark Shaw, who becomes Manhunter.

For those not in the know, Mark Shaw is one of several individuals to take up the Manhunter mantle, inspired to do so after continued frustration over how easily criminals manipulate the justice system. According to THR, Shaw will appear as an A.R.G.U.S. operative in Corto Maltese who ends up bumping into Diggle.
