As two of the more deadly and gun-loving killers in the Marvel Universe, Black Widow and the Punisher have crossed paths before. And now that both characters’ respective solo titles are being written by the same eprson, what better time for another meeting between Natasha Romanov and Frank Castle.

We’ve got an exclusive look at next week’s “Friend From Foe” crossover, which unfold in the pages of Black Widow #9 (written by Nathan Edmondson and illustrated by Phil Noto) and The Punisher #9 (written by Edmondson and illustrated by Mitch Gerads). Marvel is promising that each issue can be enjoyed on its own, but together they tell two sides of a larger story as the two characters unite to deal with Crossbones and his Skull Squad. Look for both issues to be released on Wednesday, August 6.
