Bloodborne’s New 744-Page Complete Edition Guide Is Starting To Sell Out

Future Press reissued an expanded version of its popular official Bloodborne strategy guidebook earlier this month, and it looks like it could be on the verge of selling out, with Amazon’s delivery window stretching to November 19 at the time of writing (October 22). It’s actually already sold out directly from Future Press, so fans may want to pick it up soon.

Bloodborne Complete Edition Guide clocks in at 744 pages, which is roughly 200 pages more than the 2017 Collector’s Edition Guide. This is because the Complete Edition also includes The Old Hunters expansion, which received its own 224-page physical guide in 2015. Along with everything you need to know to 100% the base game and DLC, the guide includes concept art, a deep dive into the lore of Yharna, an interview with director Hidetaka Miyazaki, and a reference index for in-game lore.

Physical guidebooks aren’t common these days, so they sometimes become collector’s items. Previous editions of this guide have some rather ridiculous eBay listings, and it probably won’t be long before this one is marked up, too. But From Software is one of the few game studios that continues to regularly collaborate with book publishers on guides. Future Press published an official guide for the return of Armored Core last year, and thankfully the Armored Core 6 Pilot’s Manual is still available for a normal price. The same can’t be said for the first two volumes in Elden Ring’s Books of Knowledge guidebook series, which have been sold out for months. That said, you can still preorder Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree’s official guide for a nice discount at Amazon ahead of its October 31 release.
