Britney Spears gave fans another reason to get excited about her upcoming appearance on The CW’s “Jane the Virgin.”
Ahead of the show’s premiere, the 33-year-old performer shared a photo of herself and Jaime Camil (who plays Rogelio) on Twitter. In the snap, the duo are seen giving the camera the finger as they make silly faces.
“Had way too much fun with the amazing @JaimeCamil and everyone on set at @CWJaneTheVirgin,” she wrote.

Spears announced her guest appearance on the show back in August with this tweet:

The “Hold It Against Me” singer, who’s had a long-standing fictional feud with Rogelio in the series, will star as his nemesis.
Showrunner Jennie Snyder Urman shared her own tweet about Spears’ casting. “Personally, after hearing about their long standing feud (from Rogelio’s point of view), we are eager to hear Ms. Spears’ side of the story, which we assume is quite different. #TeamBritney,” she wrote.
“Jane the Virgin” returns Monday night at 9 p.m. ET on The CW. Spears will appear in Episode 5.
