All eyes were on Carrie Underwood as she hit the red carpet in Nashville for the 2015 CMA music festival Saturday night. The new mom, who gave birth to her first child in February, was all smiles in a pair of sparkly shorts matched with boot heels, a black top and a fringe vest:

The former “American Idol” winner later graced the stage to sing some of her hits, including “Blown Away,” “Something in the Water” and “Before He Cheats.”

Last week, Underwood was a big winner at the 2015 CMT Awards, racking up three awards, including Video of the Year for “Something in the Water.”
