She has been open and honest about her beauty routine, saying sunblock is key, as is eating well and staying active.
“At 61, I learned the second you sit still, you rust. You have to keep moving. That’s very important,” Brinkley said on AOL Build last month. “Even at 61, you can get back into shape … Your body is amazing, if you give it what it needs, it will respond. It’s never too late to get back into shape.”
Brinkley has been enjoying some downtime in paradise with her children — son Jack Brinkley-Cook, 20, and daughter Alexa Ray Joel, 29, who brought along her boyfriend Ryan Gleason.
