Demi Lovato, singer, actress and self-love advocate, wants everyone to love their curves.
The 22-year-old took to Instagram on Saturday night to share some words of encouragement with her 18.6 million followers. The star posted a photo of herself, clad in a summer-appropriate watercolor floral onesie, with the caption, “Learn to lurrrrrvveee yerrrrr currrrrvveees. I actually used to hate them… But then a special someone helped me learn how to love them… And he sure loves them …#squats #COOLFORTHESUMMER.”

The “Cool For The Summer” singer, who many believe was referencing boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama in her caption, has been very open about her struggles with body image, and often turns to social media to share positive messages.
Earlier this month, the former Disney star took to Twitter to shut down body-shamers who criticized her for wearing a revealing bikini top while promoting her new single.

Lovato also regularly posts makeup-free selfies, encouraging her fans to do the same.
