With Diablo III making its current-gen console debut later this month, GameSpot will be talking with Blizzard developers about bringing the new version of the game, the Ultimate Evil Edition, to consoles. As part of a live stream taking place tomorrow, August 6, we’ll also be relaying questions from the community, so if you have something you’ve been dying to have Blizzard address, this is your chance.
We’ll be chatting with Blizzard live on August 6 at 2 PM PT (see the live stream above for a countdown), and you’ll be able to watch it right here on GameSpot. More details will be forthcoming, but for now feel free to share any questions you have in the comments of the live stream page.
Ultimate Evil Edition consists of the base Diablo III game and its PC expansion pack, Reaper of Souls, which adds an additional act, a new class, a level cap of 70, and more. Blizzard has said it’s unsure about how exactly it will support the game post-release; it may only release updates to fix bugs, or it could also introduce new content, as with the PC version.
One thing we know for sure is that–thankfully for those who have already invested tens or hundreds of hours into the game–Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 players will be able to transfer their progress to their choice of the Xbox One or PlayStation 4 versions.
