Gigi Hadid had a ridiculously good 2014 — she posed for Sports Illustrated, walked the runway for Chanel, made an appearance in the super-sexy Pirelli calendar and sparked rumors about being the next Victoria’s Secret Angel with this Instagram photo.

It looks like 2015 is shaping up to be another spectacular year for Hadid as well, because the 19-year-old model of the moment was recently announced as the new face of Maybelline.

In an exclusive interview with Vogue.com, Hadid said that she was thrilled to land the gig, as Maybelline holds a special place in her heart.

“In middle school, I wasn’t allowed to wear makeup,” Hadid told Vogue. “I secretly bought Maybelline’s SuperStay 24HR concealer at CVS. I thought it was the coolest thing in the world.”

The model’s first Maybelline ad will be revealed in October 2015, but judging from the photo the makeup company shared this morning, we can already confirm Hadid will look stunning. Watch her officially announce her role in the 15-second clip below:
