Who’s ready to cry?

“Grey’s Anatomy” returns for its 12th season next week and true fans know they’d better have tissues ready.

While the first trailer for the new season promises that “everything has changed,” and ABC President Paul Lee claimed the show has reinvented itself again, but it’s not “Grey’s Anatomy” unless it’s filled with drama and trauma.

And based on the short clip released on Tuesday, things look as crazy as ever at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital.

“Grey’s Anatomy” Season 12 premieres Thursday, Sept. 24 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
