Just one week after it was announced that Walt Disney Pictures is moving forward with their own Bill Condon-helmed live action Beauty and the Beast, comes word, via Deadline, that Warner Bros. Pictures’ take on the tale has lost attached director Guillermo del Toro due to scheduling conflicts. Del Toro remains attached as producer and screenwriter with Emma Watson still set to star.
