Blake Shelton engaged in some sweet PDA with his girlfriend Gwen Stefani during Monday night’s episode of “The Voice.” The coaches, joined by Pharrell and Adam Levine, posed for a selfie while on set, with Shelton playfully biting Stefani’s arm in the shot.

Apparently, that wasn’t the only sign of affection.

“Blake came up to Gwen from behind and kissed her on the head. It was so cute!” an onlooker told People magazine. “She turned around looking semi-shocked that he did that.”

Last week, the country singer gushed about his new love.

“I’m thankful for Gwen for tons of reasons,” he told ET, “but mostly just because she makes us all look a whole lot better on this show.”
