The Pokémon Company today launched the Pokémon Center, an online store featuring a ton of official Pokémon merchandise. United States shoppers can now buy items like Pokémon plush toys, accessories, hats, and t-shirts through the website. You can also buy home and decor items–like this slick Charizard mug–as well as video games and trading cards.
The Pokémon Center currently only ships to the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Because the products in the store are manufactured, tested, and labeled using guidlines for the US, they cannot be distributed to other regions, the company says.
To mark the launch of the Pokémon Center store, The Pokémon Company has released a special Poke Ball Pattern Vivillon in North America for Pokémon X and Pokémon Y owners to download. Vivillon is a special Pokémon with different wing patterns that vary depending on your region. Gamers have until next Tuesday, August 12, to redeem the offer.
Pokémon Ruby and Pokémon Sapphire remakes are headed to the 3DS on November 21.
