A man of his word, “Last Week Tonight” host John Oliver made good on his promise to drink a Bud Light Lime if Budweiser and other brands withdrew their support to pressure Sepp Blatter into quitting as FIFA president.

And while it wasn’t clear if sponsors had anything to do with the embattled Blatter announcing his resignation on Tuesday, the comedian wasn’t about to let details get in the way. He downed one of the drinks anyway during Sunday’s show.

Given his opinion of the summery brew, it must have taken some effort to actually imbibe and call it “delicious,” as it was also part of the pledge he made on his May 31 show. (He also vowed to eat every item on the McDonald’s Dollar Menu and wear a ridiculous pair of golden Adidas shoes.)

But before putting the beer bottle to his lips, Oliver clarified that it tastes like “Jolly Green Giant’s ejaculate” and “a lime Jolly Rancher fished out of Mickey Rourke’s mouth.” Bottoms up?
