This seemed inevitable even before Kim Kardashian posted a photo of Grammy awards to her social media accounts on Monday night: Kanye West will perform on Sunday’s Grammys telecast. Twice.
West will join Rihanna and Sir Paul McCartney to perform Rihanna’s new song, “FourFiveSeconds,” during the ceremony. According to the CBS press release, this will be the “world debut” of the track.
In a second press release, the Grammys revealed that West will also “deliver a never-before-seen solo performance” during the show. That could mean the debut of a new track. West already performed his latest song, “Only One” with McCartney, in concert this past weekend.
Rihanna released “FourFiveSeconds” on Jan. 24 to much fanfare. On Tuesday, just before the Grammys announcement, a video for the track dropped as well.
The two performances mark West’s first time on the Grammys stage in six years. This kind of makes up for the fact that
