Marvel Studios honcho Kevin Feige gave status updates on a number of topics this week, including the state of Ant-Man post-Edgar Wright.
Feige sat down with Total Film after a screening of footage from Guardians of the Galaxy in Barcelona this week. In addition to Thanos, Guardians, Marvel’s Netflix shows, and Doctor Strange, he discussed how Ant-Man is proceeding now that director Edgar Wright is no longer onboard.
First, Feige reaffirmed that Ant-Man won’t budge from its July 17, 2015, release date. Production is still slated to begin this August.
