Kimberly J. Brown Is Heading Back To Her 'Halloweentown' Roots

“I am going to dust off the old broom, pull out my witch’s cloak, and fly on up to Halloweentown and kick off the festivities for the month,” Brown revealed in a video announcement. She’s excited, St. Helens is excited — everyone’s excited.
