In honor of Barack Obama’s birthday, Jimmy Kimmel went out to Hollywood Boulevard and started spreading lies about him for a special presidential edition of “Lie Witness News.” Then, predictably, everyone pretended they already knew.

It’s easy to believe some sensational stories when it comes to government shenanigans, but c’mon now, President Obama would never take Instagram pics in an Oval Office ball pit. That’s totally a Biden move.
