Congrats to Kylie Jenner! The 17-year-old bought a $2.7 million home earlier this year, and now she’s graduated high school.
Her pal and the executive producer of her family’s reality show, Ryan Seacrest, threw her and older sister Kendall Jenner (who graduated last year) a surprise party to celebrate.

The party, which was largely documented on Kylie’s Snapchat, came as a big surprise to the teen. “This is so crazy,” she said.
