Kylie Jenner’s relationship with Caitlyn is better than ever.

“I feel like … it was the only thing I really bottled in,” the 18-year-old reality star told Ellen DeGeneres in an interview airing Monday. “I don’t bottle in a lot of things and I feel like my family was a little upset about that, but I got through it and now I almost I like it a lot better, honestly.”

She also opened up about why she likes Caitlyn “better than Bruce,” saying their bond has changed for the better.

“Honestly, like I’d be with my girlfriends sometimes and he then would come in and be like what are you guys talking about and kind of joke around and I knew there was something, but now I feel like we hang out a lot more there’s no secrets. She’s really living her authentic true self. And I feel like that’s awesome and also I want to be someone from my generation to like be an example because I think that’s so awesome and I think that other girls and boys my age will maybe see that I’m so accepting and be accepting of other people too.”

On Thanksgiving, the teen posted a photo to Instagram with Caitlyn and the rest of the Jenner-Kardashian clan, writing: “thankful for my blended family.”
