A man was reportedly found dead in Demi Moore’s swimming pool Sunday morning.

According to TMZ, the 21-year-old man was found at the bottom of the actress’s pool after apparently drowning.

The website reported a house party took place while Moore was away. Officials said that no one from her family was present, and that the party was not thrown by Moore or her kids.

Police also spoke to Us Weekly, saying that a maid was present in the morning and five people were in the house at the time of the incident, but they didn’t suspect a huge party took place.

The man slipped and fell into the pool, and didn’t know how to swim, officials said. No foul play was detected and the man was invited to the party by an assistant to Moore or her daughters, TMZ reported.

Police are still investigating the incident.
